Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the ControlSE platform ("the Platform"). By signing up, you agree to these terms.
1. The service
The Platform lets you monitor, analyze and manage your Google Ads and Meta (Facebook / Instagram) ad accounts from one dashboard, get AI-assisted recommendations and protect your ads against fraudulent and suspicious clicks. The service is provided by Mustafa Yılmaz, Pamukkale / Denizli, Turkey (Tax ID 9731030630).
2. Your account
- You are responsible for keeping your sign-up details accurate and your password confidential.
- You must be authorized to manage the ad accounts you connect.
- You are responsible for actions taken through your account.
3. Access to ad accounts and automated actions
- The Platform acts in your ad accounts only within the permissions you grant.
- Automated rules (budget changes, pausing ads, IP blocking, etc.) run only when you turn them on and within the limits you set. Every action is logged and can be undone from the dashboard.
- Your ad spend is billed directly by Google and Meta; the Platform never collects your ad budget.
- AI recommendations are for information only; no guarantee is given regarding ad performance.
4. Click protection
Click protection detects and blocks suspicious traffic statistically. No system can detect every fraudulent click, and a genuine visitor may occasionally be blocked by mistake. You can review and edit the block list in the dashboard.
5. Unacceptable use
- Ads that violate Google or Meta advertising policies,
- Promotion of illegal products or services,
- Attempts to compromise the Platform's security or access other people's accounts.
In these cases your account may be suspended without notice.
6. Fees
Plans and prices are shown on the subscription page in the Platform or in an offer made to you. Subscriptions renew at the end of each period; if you cancel, you can keep using the service until the end of the current period.
7. Limitation of liability
The Platform is not liable for outages or changes in Google's and Meta's systems, restrictions those platforms place on your accounts, or advertising results. In all cases our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the last 12 months.
8. Termination
You can close your account at any time. Your data is deleted according to the Privacy Policy and the timelines on the Data Deletion page.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. The courts and enforcement offices of Denizli have jurisdiction over disputes.
