Data Deletion Instructions

You can have your ControlSE account, the data from your connected Google Ads and Meta (Facebook / Instagram) accounts and your click protection records deleted in any of the following ways.

1. From within the Platform

• To disconnect a single ad account: Dashboard → Ad accounts → choose the account → delete (trash icon). Its access tokens are deleted immediately and the related data within 30 days.
• To delete your account completely: Dashboard → Settings → Profile → "Delete account". All your data is permanently deleted within 30 days.

2. Through Facebook

1. On Facebook, go to Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites.
2. Find ControlSE in the list and click Remove.
3. Removing the app invalidates the access token we received from Meta. To have your Meta data deleted as well, you can also email the address below.

3. Through Google

1. Go to Google Account → Third-party apps & services.
2. Select ControlSE and click Remove access.

4. By email

Send an email with the subject "Data deletion request" from the email address registered to your account to support@controlse.com. After verifying your identity, we will delete all your data within 30 days and send you a confirmation email.
